Once upon a rhyme

 I took the first picture at "Symphony of Lights"--my camera was acting up, so I barely took any picture. The lighting displays were awesome.

I am still learning how to use my Santa delivered Cannon EOS 550D. I guess Santa was really listening ;-)

 

It was already snowing by the time we were done.
And it was windy and freaking cold.

I am  happy that I am finally done with finals. Its been a tough one juggling almost 10hrs a day work, 3 hours of class, which doesn't including group meeting, projects and all that come with school work; and blogging. Sometimes I wonder how I do it all, but it basically boils down to doing all the things that I love and seeing the end result of each one.

Anyway, I need to get the christmas shopping going because christmas is just around the corner. Even though it is freaking cold here, I was a white Christmas--c'mon snow!

I am finally done with finals, but now I have a cold--sore throat, cough, congested sinus and that come with it; lemon/honey tea has been helping.

Yesterday, I went to see "The Tourist" with my friend Chioma. We missed the first 10mins of the movie because we could make up our mind whether to get popcorn or not :D
The movie was great.

I guess winter has fully arrived here because it is freaking cold. My fingers were freezing when I went to get hot chocolate with my co-workers. I seriously couldn't feel my fingers that I had to buy gloves at 7Eleven!

Hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving break. I had a relaxing & fun weekend; but I only wish it was longer. I have my Christmas tree up already and patiently waiting on Santa to deliver my gifts--hint: New Camera!

Am in love with this dress, so I decides to wear it to my friend's birthday party.

Thanks to my good friend/photographer Paosin for hooking with up with these nice pictures--Mr. Paosin, I need more photoshots :)

 The ride to the event was funny, because I drove along with my friend Chioma and we got lost even with the help of GPS :D!!!

The GPS kept saying, "You've reach your destination;" but surely we were in the middle of no where!

Overall, the night was fun, The birthday boy was surely having fun! Also, catching up with my "omo Igbos" Nomso and Chioma LOL!
